I recently had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Ambala. the location is perfect as it is situated right in the main market area, making it convenient for shopping and exploring. Secondly, the staff were excellent, providing great service and showing attention to detail. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with some even offering a better outside view.

Great Easter Stay!

Enjoyed a lovely Easter break at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious and nicely furnished. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes.

Although we had a great stay, there were a few small issues that could be improved. The pillows were a bit too firm for our liking, and the towels were a bit scratchy.

The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and location in the main market were exceptional. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's stylish design. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and were efficient in fulfilling our requests.

The hotel does not have a separate key or card system for the deluxe rooms, which some guests may find inconvenient.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful ambiance and excellent food. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt like royalty during our stay. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from our overall experience. the room we stayed in had a slightly unpleasant odor, and the water pressure in the shower was not sufficient.
